A local equestrian facility has started recognized dressage shows this year, but they are on Wednesdays. So I put in for the days off and we went to our first dressage show on Wednesday 18th. Now I forget how well we did, but I know we came 2nd in one class just 1% behind the assistant trainer from Hilltop Farm who has been sweeping the First Level classes this year. We had another neighborhood party this weekend for the Preakness horse race. Justin helped me out by making me a pair of jump standards so I could do soem jumping at home - sweet! Now I have to paint them and use them before he'll build me anymore - fair deal! Firenze has a new talent - he likes to poop in his grain bucket and the kitties are fighting over the best seat at the barn, the little well created by the run off from the gutter. The hole created by the wash out is the perfect size for a kitty!
