This weekend I decided to go out to the back paddock and pick up all the fallen sticks, ha, like I could do it all in one day! We've had 3 fallen trees in the back paddock, so there are a lot of stray branches. I filled up the front loader on the tractor 3 times and had no patience for anymore. Probably a good thing because I could barely walk the next day. Every time I stooped down to pick up sticks, it was a lunge, I think I did 1000 lunges - ouch! Thankfully I went out XC schooling (for the first time this year) before I picked up sticks, otherwise I might not have been able to ride. Sassy was fresh and fit and we had a great time! We are getting settled in at work, here are some good shots.
