Justin left to Germany this weekend for a global strategic planning meeting for one of the Gore fabrics groups, at a Gore plant near Munich. He had a fun filled week of team building, conferences, meeting and lots and lots of drinking! It was a great opportunity to network with other Gore employees . At the end of the week, the guys went to Innsbruck, Austria for skiing and more sampling of the regional beer. I stayed home and had a busy week of just horses, horses, horses! Knowing my lack of motivation to cook for myself, my neighbor Barbara cooked dinner for me every night. I think I gained 10lbs, as it was a 3 course meal every night. I was spoiled! Some good home cooking - yum, yum! On St. Patrick's day we had corned beef and cabbage.
