Sassy and I compete in our first USEA/USEF recognized eventing competition at Novice Level. We had a fabulous ride - clean stadium, clean cross country, no time faults, finishing on our dressage score of 30%. We placed 7th in a division full of professionals including Olympians and the current #1 event rider in the US, Philip Dutton. We were the second place amateur rider, which means it was a qualifying ride for the American Eventing Championships! Well done!
