New Years Eve we had a wedding to attend for Jessica Liverman and Ryan Wimer. Jessi was a lab technician at Select Breeders, before recently going back to school to study to be a nurse and Ryan used to be the broodmare and raising manager at Hilltop Farm. So we knew a lot of people at the wedding and it was fun to share New Years Eve with them. The wedding was in a converted barn in Lancaster, PA and we stayed overnight at a hotel. The hotel had a shuttle to and from the wedding, so we didn't have to stress about drinking and driving. Being in Amish country, instead of a traditional wedding cake, they had a giant whoopie pie and lots of smaller ones on tiers. Justin just loves whoopie pies, so this was a neat touch! New Years Day we had another neighborhood party to attend.
