This week the trusses went up on the roof sections and all the detailed framing was completed. On Saturday we took Shapash to a dog show in Easton, MD and we got to catch up with siblings from her litter who were visiting her breeder, Teddy. I've been taking Shapash to show handling classes to help with her show nerves and I think it paid off. Sunday we cooked up more pesto, pasta sauce and curry sauce and picked a whole bunch of butternut squash. We worked some more on burying the pipe in the trench, although we had to spend quite a bit of time digging out soil that had fallen back in with the rain this week. Hard work, but at least there is the genius invention of the trench shovel and hoe.
