Christmas Eve we had dinner with our neighbors, Barbara and Joe. Christmas day the snow was still on the ground, so it was a white Christmas. We had a lazy day and in the afternoon went over to a friends and had a great dinner with several neighbors from the area. The horses had been in their stalls for 5 days because the snow was drifted so deep in their paddock. We put them out on Christmas eve and they had a great romp around. Malfoy has not left the house in days. We got him a new friend on Christmas Eve, Kit-Kat - the barn cat. She is a 3mo old kitten and is shy, since she was a stray kitten from a neighbors barn. She enjoys being petted and purrs like a train, I think she'll settle in well. Hopefully she'll be a useful mouser as the barn is over run with mice making a nice house for the winter. Quest is now 7 months pregnant and you can see her belly growing. I'm running out of slack on the belly straps of her blankets.
