This weekend we spent all day Saturday adding more stone dust to the stalls. So it was more repetitions of shovel, roll and level, shovel, roll and level! Then we put a stone dust path under the overhang and out towards the pastures. Sunday we started installing stall mats - this is not easy as the mats weigh about 80lbs and we have to cut them to make them fit around the doors etc. This is the part we have been dreading, but we make good progress and have one stall 3/4 done. Saturday night we went to a beer tasting festival hosted by our favorite liquor store. We went two years ago and this time there were WAY more beers to try. Sunday morning we were both feeling it! Ouch!
